I have medium long hair. Its 20 inches long. (I measured, lol)

I am getting bangs and a ton of layers. If the shortest layer is 18 inches longs, how will it effect my hair??

I have wavy hair, it only curls at the end.

Any tips on what I should get?

I think wat ur doing is perfect. Layers will make it seem like your hair is shorter but it will add a lot of life to your, when you blow-dry it, it will look amazing!

I would say yes and no depending on the hair type. You said your hair is medium long, so it just might look a bit shorter, but once it starts to grow it will look longer. I have wavy hair as well, I use a lot of John Frieda products, or Revlon. Depending on your hair texture, I would use a wrap lotion after washing it, it will help your hair stayle stay bouncy, free-flowing and shiny. I would wrap it before I go to sleep at night, it helps it grow healthier. It also makes your layers stand out more beautifly.

yes, because I got my hair cut in layers last summer and now my hair grew back and when it's in a ponyail it's shorter and the hairs in the ponytail is uneven.
