How often should I straighten my hair?

I am 13 and medium thinkness hair. How often can I straighten my hair enough to be safe? Like once a week??

well straightining your hair to much is not to good but since your straightener is high power i would definatly straighten your hair every day but i think you could straighten it more than once a week

also if you starighten your hair a lot you will probably get split ends
