Hair problem: Trying to achieve platinum blonde but keep going yellow - why???

I have been very light blonde for years but the look was achieved at a salon. I have been attempting to colour it home for several months but am not getting the colour I want - it keeps going a little yellow or orange (I have medium brown hair naturally). I use a purple toner as well but I never quite reach that white blonde.

I am using a powder bleach on the regrowth then a permanent over the top then the purple toner.

Can someone suggest an australian colour that will give me the blonde colour I want (colour same as Sophie Monks)??

if you are looking for fried out frizzy hair like a pornstar then keep at it w/ 40 volume bleach.

if you arent trying to look like a sluuuut then maybe stick with your natural color.

Well no but try not putting the purple toner on your hair it just migt work.

i had this problem, you need to use an ash blonde toner which takes out the yellow
