Coloring my hair without turning it Orange or Green?

Does anyone know what color I can use to turn my Medium brown hair to Medium Blonde without turning it Orange (whichs happens often) but if I leave the color in a little longer it overprocesses and turns green....

My hairdresser seems to have the same problem with me (but then again she usually forgets about me after she puts me under the heat....)

Why dont you try soaking your hair in lemon juice and sitting in the sun till it dries and then doing that for a few days thats how i get mine to a medium blonde it does take a few day to do it and it wont make it green it makes it look natural and a summer blonde.

hun get another hairdresser... if she does that to you, then she doesnt know wat she is doing, and you shouldnt be looking how to fix your hair, if she messed up she should do it, or at least give you your money back. if you want to do it yourself... go to a sally's beauty supply and tell them your problem, they will tell you what to purchase and how to do it... plz... find sum 1 who knows how to color your hair sweetie

Go to Sally's and find a hair dye with a good base like neutral or something that wont make your hair orange or green, ask who works there, they are helpful and nice. Oh and yea maybe you need a new Stylist to do your hair.

Nope but you could ask any hairdresser to help you out. Its there job if they dont give u the right option/dont tell you they wont get given the money from you if you are going to do ure hair urself. P.S choose a dif. hairdresser

Don't do it yourself!!!! Have a professional do it that doesn't forget about you. When you use box color there is no telling what shade your hair is going to pull and should it turn orange or green you will not know how to fix it yourself. Try a different salon with a higher level stylist. If your hair is only medium brown you should be able to pull to a blonde, but it may require some toning, which those box colors don't tell you how to do.

Fire your colorist seriously! Totally unprofessional and inexcusable. There are a lot of competent and creative colorist out there. It doesn't sound like you are working with one now. Best of luck.
