My hair is rubbish?

I'm a guy and my hair is rubbish. Well it's alright but it's really fine. I usually use hair spray to keep it in place, but within a few hours it's all over the place, making my forehead look massive lol. How can i make it look thicker, and keep it in my style all day. I have a medium/longish hair style.

get shampoo that volumizes your hair.... get out of the shower, rub in volumizing gel that like holds your hair in place, and buy a volumizing blowdrier.... ( i like beadhed light thing.... the one that lights up blue and green)

well xx for starters dont use spray use gell xx its thicker n lasts longr xx but it depends wot culur hare uv got as tae wit thikness tae getxx
