i have dark brown hair dark brown eyes with a tan skin color medium lenght hair and i want to get some highlights but i dont know what color any suggestions and websites to see the color. PLEASE!

try using a "frosting" kit. Frosting your hair is almost like highlights, but is good for 1st timers because it can kind of show you what you want to do next time, or if you like it.

hi!! Ok please dont frost it. You will look cheap . And your hair will be damaged bigtime!!!! Generaly dark hair with dark tones looks best with warm caramel highlights. But be careful not to go to light or it will look brassy and harden your looks. "trashy". Consult a professional. It wont pay to do it your self. A good colorist will listen to what you want and be able to suggest the tone and depth that will compliment the tones of your skin. with highlights...less is more most of the time. uhmmm...

you could highlight it reddish with a tad bit of light brown...

try to blend these two colors or use both.

or maybe a goldish color perhaps?
