When I had relaxed hair 2 years ago, that was my favorite shampoo and conditioner. I felt that it did a good job and made my hair feel soft and pretty. I would recommend it, also I would recommend Neutragena's deep conditioner for the splint ends and breakage. Do a deep conditioning treatment weekly and that will help strengthen your hair.

Sweetie Dove Shampoo is okay, however, Dove conditioner is rich enough to give relaxed hair what it needs. You need a stronger conditioner that has proteins/keratin in it. I would suggest you use kera kare shampoo for dry hair or creme of nature. And for conditioner try Bumble and Bumble Rich conditioner or try any conditioner that has protein in it. That will help you hair from breaking off as much.

Also you should do what I do and not dry your hair with a hair dryer. And once it is wet flat iron it that way your putting less heat on it. Do not use a lot of heat on your hair that can cause breakage.

Monitor the heat level when pressing and or flat ironing.

Have you tried a hip wet set?? Or a freeze

get your ends cuts , just a bit, and go from there..

How about braiding your hair and deep conditioning while the braids are in . Trust me it will add at least three inches in less than a year.
